In the event of a game round being interrupted due to a technical fault, all affected bets will be resolved in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider. Where applicable, wagers will be voided and the original stake returned to the player's account.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 167bd operates.
